Hey. I’m Matt Ruby (matt@mruby.com), a Brooklyn-based standup comedian. I also write and make funny videos (including the video comic strip Vooza). This is Sandpaper Suit, a comedy blog I started in 2006. It's a how-the-sausage-gets-made look at doing comedy and where I post videos, jokes, and podcasts. I'll be performing at SXSW

I've been invited to perform at the SXSW Festival in Austin, TX next month. I'll be doing spots on Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21 (time TBD) at The Velveeta Room. Should be great crowds and fun shows (also performing: John Mulaney, Todd Barry, Nick Kroll, Eugene Mirman, Hannibal Burress, Marc Maron, etc.). Looking forward to it.
